The first step towards humanity.

What is LIFE?

Life is something so essential, so simple, so beautiful and so present.

Life is inside of us, around us and between us.
And if we payed a little bit more of attention, we would feel it move, vibrate and dance inside each of our cells, our organs and our body.

We would feel it between our hands, surrounding us.
We would be able to see it shine, flash and move between us.
Life, this essential energy, this vibration that makes each of our cells move, grow, communicate, learn, advance... LIVE.

LIFE, this “continuous” that doesn't have a beginning nor an end, that serves as a link between all the living beings, no matter which form they have: earth, plants, animals, human beings... all of them nourish from the same source.
For the ancient civilizations, and the ones that kept on conserving this good habit, what I have just said is such an obvious, natural evidence that it would be pointless to dwell on it.

But in our modern civilization, we've had to investigate, research and study a lot until we started to realize and finally admitted, thanks to the Quantum Physic, that there really are no boundaries or limits between what is known as the “matter” and the “non-matter”.
Normally, what we do is simply note their consequences.

When ONE looses it's deep, interior, natural essence, that is it's Humanity, and cuts off a part of it's senses, of it's unlimited possibilities of perception, the reality surrounding him looses it's colour and the music dissapears.
Life, after it's been through our body, gets transformed into Humanity, thanks to the Alchemy of this sacred union between Life and our Human body.

Life is this energy, this vibration that fulfils each of our cells and animates them.

It really is our SOUL.

And what if what we call God is nothing more than this?

Life circulates inside of each cell, each living being.
But also between every cell and between every living being... all of them.

The free and fluid circulation of Life permits:

The cell to enjoy a good health,

Every person enjoys a good health

Every living being around it enjoys a good health.

This will impact on the health of the family, of the nation and of the universe.

Nobody has the right to block, bother or disrupt the free circulation of Life, our source of health.
For our own good

For the wellness and respect of those around us,

For the wellness and respect in our society,

For the wellness and respect on the Earth and all the living beings that nourish us...

And for the wellness and respect in the Universe,

LIFE IS SACRED.

When we block Life inside our cells, our organs and our body, we retain the total expression of our Humanity.

All the living organisms are composed of cells and their components.

All the cells are similar in their chemical structure.

The new cells are formed by cellular division from already existing cells.

This activity inside an organism is the sum up of the cellular activity and it's interaction.

The cell is the smallest unity there is in the living beings.

A cellular membrane isolates the exterior of the cell, from the inside where the cytoplasm is found with the cellular organs that are surrounded by a membrane.

The cells are endowed of:

1.    Memory:

Not only what is known as genetic heritage, specific for each specie, but also what is known as our cultural, social, educational, ancestral, and family knowledge.

.And also of the phylogeny: the evolution of the living beings since the first cell that created a unicellular being, followed by fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, mammals, quadruped, bipedal... until the Human.

And of the Onto-genesis: the memory of the Human evolution.
And all of this inside each of our cells!

2.    Consciousness:
physiologically the cell “knows” exactly how it must react every instant, the metabolic exchanges it must do, the chemical reactions, the way of communicating... all the necessary to comply it's purpose: LIVE, or at least SURVIVE.
3.    It seems that there is a minuscule brain inside each cell that allows the cell to do
4.    exactly what it has to. Maybe that is simply Life's intelligence in its pure form; the WISDOM.
5.    All the cells are ruled by the law of DILATATION and RETRACTION.

It is a fundamental biological law, discovered at the beginning of the XX century by the French Dr. Claude Sigaud and completed by Dr Louis Gorman de Nantes (the father of Morfopsicology) based on:

The instinct of EXPANSION and DILATATION.

The instinct of CONSERVATION and RETRACTION.

Every cell's mission is to Live to the maximum. This is why the surface of contact with the exterior grows, dilating, which allows it to grow and increase the exchanges making the maximum use of the elements surrounding it.

But when the environment surrounding it becomes harmful and dangerous, the only way to survive is to retract and decrease to the minimum the surface area of contact, in term to avoid the dangerous changes that expose it to death.

All it's energy is concentrated in the interior, letting time pass until the danger is over.

When we live completely, we VIBRATE; but often, instead of Living, we are SURVIVING.

Nowadays, we are convinced about the fact that stress has consequences on our health, because the
actual rhythm of life drives us sick, and after an emotional or effective collision we don't feel well.

We are constantly blocking LIFE in some part of our body, what makes our vitality vanish, some organ of our body begins to survive affecting our general state which is deteriorating and we become vulnerable to any kind of pathology.

My work in osteopathy consists in finding this part of the body that has an organ with restricted movement, these areas where the flow of LIFE is stagnant or blocked inside the cells, after any kind of aggression (emotional, chemical, traumatic, surgical, infectious...)

Once this zone has been located, I liberate it with my hands, allowing the body to find once again its functional equilibrium, which will stimulate it's own self-curing
, essential energy in a natural way.

Liberating Life so the body can function in an optimum way; and to recuperate the Human essential.
My personal experience is that there is a crucial element in our body:

Crucial for its strategic situation.

Crucial for its function,

Crucial for its anatomic connections.

Our health and our life depend on the well functioning of our HEART.

The majority of the songs and poems are about love and the heart pains.

Without leaving apart the popular expressions that form part of our cultural patrimony, the ancient popular wisdom, that describes and illustrates the various states of our heart, according to our livings.
